Please contact Sara Logsdon directly to discuss your organizational goals and to come up with an appropriate payment schedule, depending on the length and needs of the partnership.
*All on-site consulting packages that range from 2-5 days + ongoing partnerships will include a bimonthly check in either virtually or in person during the timeframe in which Logsdon visits, to ensure that all goals are being achieved and to continually support your arts organization.
1:1 Coaching
This is a great option if there is one designated person or a specific group of individuals from your organization that you’d like to work with Sara Logsdon. Through the 1:1 coaching sessions, Logsdon will go over specific goals created for your organization and will cover topics such as: program and curriculum development, specialized recruitment methods, marketing strategies, teaching pedagogy, budget and resource allocation, program visibility, confidence-building techniques, education career prep for performing arts teachers, student engagement, advocacy work, tools to creatively problem solve on-site, repertoire selection, and staffing/program needs. 1:1 coaching sessions are offered both on a biweekly and weekly basis through Zoom Workplace, and can be added to any consulting package for an additional fee or can be purchased as a stand alone session(s).
Performance Coaching
Whether preparing for a performance, production, audition, showcase, or competition, performance coaching is a great option for you! Through individualized coaching, Sara focuses on stage presence, storytelling, vocal technique, movement, confidence, musical interpretation, articulation and diction, character development, and meaningful audience connection. Sara's collaborative, encouraging approach empowers performers to discover their unique artistic voice while developing the technical and expressive skills needed to perform at their highest level.
Logsdon will work directly with performers to refine their artistry and deliver authentic, engaging performances, while providing personalized performance coaching designed to help performers grow in both skill and confidence.
Career Advisement
This is a great option for both current and incoming members of the arts field! Whether you are someone who is seeking alternative career choices in the arts realm or if you’re someone who is having trouble finding a specific area of the arts that you are passionate about, career advisement is a wonderful choice! Through 1:1 coaching sessions with Logsdon via Zoom Workplace, you will cover topics such as: craft development, goal setting, confidence building, resume and cover letter review, interview preparation, networking tools, achieving work-life balance, taking ownership of your personal strengths and interests, finding your WHY, how to creatively problem-solve, achieving positive cross collaboration with fellow members of the arts, and advocacy/resources for your sector of the arts! Career Advisement sessions are offered both on a biweekly and weekly basis.
Event Coordination
This is a great option for those looking for support for their next arts event! Whether you are looking for logistical assistance or seeking someone to creatively build your event from start to finish, event coordination is for you! Logsdon’s services range from day of event coordination, including setup and breakdown assistance, to strategy building prior to the event. Logsdon can assist in coordinating the timing of your event, artists who will perform, venue space, food/beverage needs, room decor, and help support any fundraising efforts that your organization may like to arrange. Along with working with your talent, Logsdon can assist with community outreach advisement in order to gain event visibility, including facilitating the creation of promotional material on social media. This service is customizable and will look different for each arts organization, based upon their specific vision and needs. Logsdon will join forces with your team to help bring your arts event to life!
Strategic Planning
This is a great option for arts organizations who would like to illuminate, fine-tune or revamp their overall vision for their arts department, set long-term goals, and develop sustainable, thriving, and impactful arts programs. Strategic Planning services may include: program evaluation and implementation, fundraising strategies, curriculum planning, marketing tools, examining program and staffing needs, and developing strategic, sustainable arts initiatives that support long-term growth, strengthen community engagement, and maximize program impact.
1 Day
Professional Development Workshop
This is a great option if you’d like your staff as a whole to work with Sara Logsdon, and if there is one specific area that you’d like to highlight as an organization. Professional Development Workshops are offered on-site, unless you’d prefer a Zoom Master Class. All Professional Development Workshops can be tailored toward your particular organizational desires! These workshops range anywhere from 2-4 hours.
On-Site Consulting
This is a great option if you’d like Logsdon to get a complete picture of your organization! This package includes a professional development workshop for your staff, in addition to on-site consulting. Logsdon will work with your arts team members and staff to curate a one year plan for success, while identifying the barriers/challenges that are being presented in and outside of the creative space. Upon completion of her visit, Logsdon will set up a bimonthly check-in via Zoom Workplace with members of your staff during the time that she is contracted for, in order to ensure that all goals created during her visit are being achieved and to act as a continual pillar of support for your organization!
1+ Week
Ongoing Partnership
This is a great option if you’d like Logsdon to serve your organization for an extended period of time to elevate your arts program! Ongoing partnerships can be customized for your organization’s specific goals and will last for greater than one week’s time. Every partnership will look different based upon the needs of your organization. On-site consulting is included as part of an ongoing partnership for organizations located in the Los Angeles area, in addition to weekly or biweekly check-ins between your staff and Logsdon via Zoom Workplace.
